I learnt the elements of reproduction as outlined in 2 timothy 2:2
and the things you have heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit unto faithful men who shall be able to teach others also.

Firstly this verse also shows pattern for reproduction
Secondly it shows that personal involvement is necessary and this is to be done in love
Thirdly Faithfulness is required and this takes time and committment
Fourthly others will become involved and this speaks of you and me.
I need to understand that a certain type of person needs to be selected as a trainee, that is someone who will be able to commit what i am teaching them so that they in turn can teach others. I must also understand that such a task will require love and undstanding of my trainee, faithfullness and committment. It will also take time.
