A Discile looks like our big brother Christ in his doing He must live or behave like Jesus.From his great comission Jesussaid believers must be taught to keep all that is expected of him.A disciple must be like Jesus i remember an instance when Peter was accused by that little girl that He was like Jesus even the way he was talking.
* A person become a disciple by doing something that will help grow into a Christ like character thus this fellow will need to do something before attaining the discipleship role.Discipleship is not automatically but needs something from the believers side then he slowly beeing transformed into the likeness of Christ.First and foremosta disciple must read the word of God at all times to clearly get Gods laws and commands.Then he should have prayer part of his life style he should pray without as our master Jesus.He should also fellowship with other believers at all times.When He is there in the company of other believers he should worship the Lord.Finnaly He must make witnessing as his lifestyle, since it is what is expected from every disciple of Christ.Having done all this a person is slowly transformed into a disciple of Christ.
