Step 4 is important because it involves modeling and practical incremental learning. This is important because trainees are now watching trainers in a 'live experience' not a demonstration. They are also getting an opportunity to experience the gradual transfer of responsibility. They will see that their trainer is not perfect and must depend on the Holy Spirit and prayer not the tool of the outline only. They will experience encouragement from the trainer and depend on the trainer to help them. They will have confidence that their trainer will be able to evaluate their readerness and extent of involvement as they do their OJT's.
