I would say prayer.
Why?
Because it's the Lord's harvest. It prepares the heart. Prayer involves Him in the reaping of the harvest. It involves talking to Him about men before talking to them about Him and invites Him into the sharing experience. He is the one who will give the power and ability to be a witness; He is the one who will give guidance.
